I agree with everyone else's answers and I think the mini golf would be a fun party activity as well.
The MOA itself doesn't have a birthday party room.... But there's plenty of places to play games, shop, eat, etc that would be great for a party!
It has a leggo land. Would be great for a birthday. Call the Mall to set something up.. it's wonderful there ! So much for kids to do.
there are many stores / restaurants / places within where you could have a birthday party. so yes, absolutely.
