Are the open hours listed also the hours for free skates? If not, would anyone mind giving me the time for free skate?

There is a program for kids skate free. You can sign up kids under 10 and they can skate for free on a certain day during the week.

They always have a fee but open skate is Wednesday from 6-9 or Friday 730-11

I honestly don't think they have free skate. I would look into it
