Definitely ask a security guard at a mall entrance, or there is also a help and information desk. The mall map would also have the help desk location pinned when you get to the mall.
If I remember right, the help desk where you canget them is on the east side entrance?
When you arrive at the mall ask the first security guard you see and they will direct you to where you can get a wheelchair
