In general, it is not required at present. There are some stores that require a mask (there are signs and someone at the door to inform people). Everywhere else, it is strongly encouraged that you do wear a mask. When the eventually open Nickelodeon Universe, the lines leading to rides and rides themselves are places where masks are required.

I think that depends on the store, but if u wanna be safe then its better wear a mask :)
