It's very much handicap accessible. There are some wheelchairs to rent, but I would bring your own. On top of that there are elevators located throughout the mall.
They are ADA compliant.
They had a limited supplying wheelchairs available to rent but I would suggest to being your own or borrow one from local Medical loan closet.
