Does the group site on Scout Island have a grill?

Apparently not, contacted the park to verify- the group site does not have a grill according to park services.

Yes I like the Island its great so much more secluded but bring your bug spray and make sure you pack up all food racoons are more abundant on the island than at long point the main campground not many people go out there so the wildlife is more comfortable there
