Yes, they have both. The shower, restroom facility is brand new and the nicest I've ever seen in a campground!
They have sites with electric and water and boondocking sites. Showers and restrooms are open for all.

They have both. Part of the park is dry camping and part has electric and water. Very nice. But get there early. It's not very big if you want electric and water sites.
