The food court is open. There are some restaurants that are open. All with modify hours.
Many/most are. Possibly some aren't, but I haven't come across any yet. Possibly reduced hours, though.
They're open. Benihana has reservations online.
We went early in the day. Mall had just opened, so some were not yet open. I think most are open though, just later in the day. Probably best to call first.
