we were there this past week. if you don't mind sitting outside, they can get to you fairly quick. it's worth the wait. they have heaters outside
You can make reservations, I would generally make them two days in advance at the latest. We went using reservations during the holiday season, and we booked ours five days in advance :)
From what I recall, no. I tried, but my attempt to do so was same day. Just call and ask.
