What does the rooms look like? Are they clean?

I had an un renovated room a few weeks ago. Clean but dated.

Rooms were clean and quite nice

Rooms are very clean but they are still renovating and last week the elevator on 1 end was not working and the laundry facility had not been updated and only 1 washer worked and 2 dryers.

Wish I could post photos, had spider in bed, rust in tub and overall not good. Wont go back.
