A nightmare! We must go out at 10 pm de same day that we arrive. The campground has. 4 spot. We pay for the # 001 and arrived at 1 pm We signed the registration. We go to inside and this happened: In the spot # 003 was an RV. Nobody there. BUT at 10 pm Someone arrived and turned ON a compressor machine The noise was terrible, we tried to talk with them Nobody answered. Imposible sleep, me and my husband (61/66 years old ) Decided to leave.NEVER we come back to this place. No any state ranger there. If they said Tent why an RV? No waste your money ,Oh!! Yeah! Is very cheap $9 plus tax but people inside the compground No respect the rules . Never, Never go to this state park again !!! Neither if they offer me a for life free !!!

To me personally the only downside to staying here is that there's only a Jon Boy for bathroom usage. Would love to see a small bathroom built w/maybe a shower. It's absolutely primitive w/no water either so obviously that needs to be taken into consideration. Solid location though as there's only 4 sites available on the premises

Nice campground
Phoenix Taredi
Cute, small campground, well off the beaten path, deep in the forest

Yes, it's primitive car camping. There is an outhouse and I believe a nonpotable water pump. I was only there for a brief time so I can't confirm if the pump is there, we just brought water to be sure.
Can only stay for 14 days and you have to leave for three. No power and no water except if you carry it in. No showers... And the out house gets cleaned once a month if your lucky. 10 bucks a night
