Agree, can't hear any of the work they are doing. I was surprised to hear they were under renovations, couldn't tell.
We were there earlier this week and they were still doing some renovations.
I would say yes but not obvious
As of mid June, renovations were ongoing, but they were not at all disruptive (I had a room right above the area they were renovating and actually heard no noise).
