If it's to have a vehicle towed, you have to call the main number.When prompted, press the number to contact courtesy officer. Then u leave your name, unit number and phone number. The officer will call u back, then come to your location. He has to call the tow truck to come out. Residents are not allowed to call a direct tow unless it's for our own vehicle.
