We moved in in December and since then it’s been a nightmare. The apartment is invested with roaches. Every week pest control has came over to spray, but still have them. My husband went to the office to speak with the manager and was told she had a lot on her plate. I do not Recommend this place at all!

I am currently living in the residence, and I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this complex. - The managers hardly help - There always have been hidden charges that come up for the next month that CANNOT BE JUSTIFIED - You WILL be paying for services you DON'T EVEN USE (trash, PEST CONTROL, AND ALL AMENITIES) - I spoke to 5 different complexes I am looking at, and all the managers there said "Amenities are ALWAYS included. It's weird they're charging you" DO NOT recommend. Waiting eagerly for my lease to be over....

Moved in a month ago, on our move in date we were told we would have a balcony and all hard wood floor yet both of those were not true. No walk through happened before keys were handed to us, at that our lease was wrong and was not figured out until 30 minutes of us trying to move our stuff into our apartment when we had signed a lease two months before even moving in. Our tub and restroom were disgusting. Dirty shoe prints in the shower , the toilet was disgusting like it was just used ,our vents had rust. Our carpets were also filthy the first day of our stay. The second day of moving in not only did our fluorescent light break but so did our dishwasher and has yet to be fixed with a work order from a month ago. What a horrible experience I’ve had for my first move. When we reported all of this we were simply told a sorry for the inconvenience but never got anything fixed.

UPDATED TO ADD: I've attached photos (I don't know why there are duplicates but it won't let me remove them -- sorry!) of the apartment when I moved out. They kept my $400 deposit and charged me an additional $100, which they sent straight to collections. I called to find out about the damages they were charging me for, and was told I would receive photos of them via email. I never got them, and every attempt to call back was unanswered, and my messages never returned. When I contacted the collections agency, they said this company does this often, and it's basically impossible to fight. A local attorney confirmed that for me. ---- The apartments themselves were fine -- overpriced for the area but nice enough. It wasn't anything special, despite being an "upgraded" unit, but it was serviceable. The management, however, was a nightmare. You'll see that's a pretty common thread with the real reviews here -- believe them. And don't buy the whole "please contact us at ResidentServices (at) BHManagement (dot) com" lie -- I contacted them there a number of times when I was a resident and never got any response to my questions or concerns. A brief list of some of the things the management did during the one year I was a resident: refused to let me hire someone to paint the walls or pay them to paint them, despite saying I would be able to when I was signing (also forget about that focus wall thing they advertise); lied about the availability of high speed internet; regularly added on "extra" charges to my monthly bill that were corrected as "mistakes" only after giving me the run around for sometimes weeks at a time (I'm sure many people don't have the time or energy to follow through so they get away with it); failed to keep service appointments for over three months TWICE; told me the dishwasher falling out of the kitchen island was "not a concern" and refused to have it fixed; failed to return voice mail messages for longer than a week multiple times; regularly wouldn't answer the office phone during office hours; signed for and then lost packages (with no apology); this list could really go on and on. The real kicker for me was when my rent payment didn't go through (I was in an area with unstable internet, and had turned off autopay because of the frequent "accidental" charges mentioned above), and a woman I had never seen before showed up at my door two days after it was due with an eviction notice. Thankfully I had gotten back in town that morning. I politely explained that I had been out of state for my grandmother's funeral in an area without a stable internet connection or cell signal, and that it must not have gone through. The woman very aggressively responded with "So you can pay then?" When I answered I would pay right away, she said, "Good, do it," and left. No exaggeration. I'm not expecting sympathy from a stranger, but if you work in a customer-facing position, some basic manners are generally helpful. Also, the day I was moving out, the movers were running extremely late, leaving me with no way to get my sofa or mattress out on my own. I stopped by the office to explain the issue and see if I could leave my keys in the mailbox or bring them by in the morning, which was Just to be safe since my lease didn't say anything about being out by business hours (I checked). The two people in the office were (big surprise) incredibly rude, even going so far as to tell me I would be charged an extra month's rent if I couldn't be out in the next 20 minutes. Thankfully one of the maintenance guys was there and said it was no trouble at all for him to grab my keys that night if I left them on the counter. There was one very nice woman who worked in management -- the one I signed with -- and unfortunately I've forgotten her name. The maintenance people I interacted with were also very nice. I'm not saying everyone there is the worst. But there's definitely some shady stuff going on, and some of the people working in the management office have no concept of people skills. Once you've signed, at least.
