I believe it is???? We didn't go into the hotel part, but it looked like it could have been running. Not too many cars there. At casino or near the hotel, so I really couldn't tell you. But the only restaurant running in the casino was outrageous. Prices were astronomical and the experience didn't seem worth the outrageous prices. I sure wish our tribe would get it together. Stop fighting and being jealous of one another and let someone that has true business success and experience run our business's and tribe, but as soon as we get someone that is successful or knows what to do, I'm sure someone comes along and tares/criticize it to death!!!! That's how we loose programs abd funding all the time.
