I don't know why they wouldn't sale them to be honest. Maybe you should ask the manager of the Mac Donald's that your talking about. I think the could answer you better than I could.
I guess if you don't want to servie the shut down not selling what your customers come in for would be the way to do that and then just blame it on the shut down not you're own stupidity lol
