Lowes customer service has went down hill. Ask to speak to a mgr.
Try pushing the help call button. They make an immediate announcement help at the key counter is requested. Works every time with me. Merry Christmas!!!!
Self cutting machine don't have the right key blank
Best thing is either use the self cut machine or find a manager.they should be able to assist.
There is a self serve key cutter by the cash registers, there is also a help button in hardware to page for help or you can go for help at any cashier and they can page some for you
Call the store's main line and tell customer service / pro desk to send an employee to the area of the store where you need them.
