It is Not clear what time the park opens each day, Sunday thru Saturday?

Opens at sun rise and closes at sunset. Every day. Lodi police Community volunteers open and close the park.

I get there around 9am an it's open. If no one is at the kiosk then there is a self service pay station just inside the gate. They close at sunset
