We all want fresh food instantly. That is impossible. People often mistake the term "fast food" for instant food.
It took a bit longer though I was the only 1 in the drive through. But I always ask for 5. Sauces for my 20 piece. That 1 to every 4 piece. If you were to order a 4 piece they'd give u sauce not 3/4 of a sauce. Every single time they put 4 instead of 5. Then i have to wait and can always tell ots done purposely. I mean if it happened once in awhile but always 4.
