I would give them less than a one star if available. It took 33 minutes and 28 seconds to get threw the drive through in which they consider themselves fast food franchise. I understand it was busy but the three cars behind us all got their orders and left the line. When I finally made it to the window I kindly asked to be compensated in some way. They wouldn’t and my family and will not be returning.

They forgot all the condiments I requested and the ones advertised with the food and no utensils for a chili cheese coney….then they ignored me for the rest of the time I was there. I finally gave up and went home for condiments. Kinda defeats the purpose of fast food.

I had a really good experience. It was my first time trying it out. I ordered a number 10. I got my chicken grilled. Probably going to get crispy next time. The service was well.

I gave 3 stars because They usually do a decent job at getting the orders right with the online app. Unfortunately this time they forgot the cheese to the pretzel. That's the best part.. Usually look or start eating it but this specific day I made it all the way home before I looked in bag and noticed it wasn't there. Mistakes happen I understand but it was just Disappointing.
