Got food home and opened it up for my toddler to eat, discovered the bun was moldy. If they can't identify surface mold where it's easy to see I wonder what else is not safe for consumption.

I went to the drive-thru at Sonic and ordered two drinks- they didn't put one of the drinks on the screen so I asked if they got the second one and no one answered so I went up to the window and asked if they got the second one up there. They said no, and then sighed and said "did you want me to add it on?" And I said yes, after 5 ish minutes I got my drinks (not too long I wasn't upset about the time) but once I drove away I realized one of them was wrong so I drove back to try to get the correct order, it took them over 15 minutes to get my drink out so I just left with the wrong drink.

We strive to do our best to make sure the customers received everything they need sorry you stuggling to receive ketchup. Your carhop would be happy to grab you some just ask them when they come out
Sonic took them off for the winter to offer other great deals. However they will be back in the spring.
