We just remodeled several rooms in this past year. We are slowly updating bathrooms now. It might look a little weathered from the outside (It's an old place) but you should have no problem enjoying your stay.
Very friendly and accommodating in everything you need. Very affordable. The room not so clean and need updating or at least better cleaning.

Kinda dirty like an outside bar! Sink broken in n the bathroom....by bar!
Can't speak for the rooms, but place is right on beach, pool looks nice and the bar is a blast. Can't see how you could go wrong.
it's the best one around New Smyrna....clean rooms....clean pool....friendly staff
I have been there several times even if I didn't rent I always parked over there and went to the bar which is nice then go out to the beach and go swimming
