Fresh fish and salads
Locally caught seafood is pretty healthy... suggestion, stay away from fried options, have things grilled or broiled.
I mean there are salads but I know that can be boring. I would think you could request the seafood be prepared in a healthier manner & served w/ a healthy side option Sorry. I just throw all healthy thoughts out the window when I go there because it is SO good.
It's mostly Seafood as far as whole grains Negative they do have a couple steak options.
