Even though the prices are posted, they will up-charge you for random things. The first time I went, I was impressed by the low prices. However, when I went back, the price was about 50% increased. The only thing different? I wasn’t wearing my jewelry the first time because I had just been swimming — BUT the second time I was wearing my rings, etc. To test my theory, I went back a third time without any jewelry on… sure enough, the prices were low again. The nail tech asked me if I was married or had a boyfriend and what I did for work — even asking “does he take care of you?” It felt like she was trying to decide how much she could get away with charging me. Shady business practices.

I have been here so many times, but they are always understaffed. 99% of the time, you either have to schedule in advance or wait 20-30 min. If you work / you’re a mom, it’s hard to schedule your day around a simple manicure — especially when it requires you to set aside ~2 hours for each visit. Today, I went exactly when they opened. They told me it would be a 30 min wait, because they didn’t know when the staff would “show up.” Finally, I get my nails filled (50 min for that). While I’m getting my nails done, their internet goes out so they announce that they can’t take cards. I asked if I can pay with a check, and they said “no. You can go to an ATM.” Mind you, it’s their payment problem — not mine. And I have been here many times and I always pay and tip well. As a business owner, if your system goes down, it’s not your customer’s responsibility. I should’ve just said no, but instead I drove to an ATM and came back. In total, I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes just to get a manicure from them. When I calmed expressed my disappointment, the owner just laughed. It was bizarre and extremely unprofessional. There are 2 other nails salons in less than half a mile radius. I suggest customers go somewhere where their business and time is appreciated.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Frequently making longtime customers stay two hours for a manicure fill is not acceptable.

I dropped in for a pedicure and received wonderful service with great attention to detail. The experience was very relaxing and the technician took her time, and didn’t rush.

Yes. They are great.
I think a basic pedicure is around $30
I've always had wonderful service from this salon over the past 6 or so months I've been going. Its clean, and they are committed to providing great customer service. Calling to make an appointment is always best, they can be very busy in a Saturday!
Yes, it is called SNS.
