Depths vary by locations there are at least 4 spring areas some caves are at least 10-20 feet down and farther if you dive with a tank and yes some areas you can stand child or adult (my daughters been going since she was 6 or 7 ) some areas she can stand some she can not. Bring mask snorkel fins or floatation devices for ones who cant swim. Bring tubes or floats if u wanna do the river run it can take up to an hr to float down from top to bottom. The river is deep and 0 visability and possible gators so i wouldnt recommending swimming the river. Dont worry they dont like the springs to many people and water is to cold.
