There are certain Springs on here that are more shallow than the other ones there are stairs and areas where you always can stand only place where it's going to be deep is if you go more towards the middle of the two bigger Springs you do not have to know how to swim to visit this place and enjoy the water

It depends on what you're doing. You shouldn't be touching the bottom in the springs because you'll stir up the water for the snorkelers. In the river while you're tubing some places are very deep and if you're not a strong swimmer you should definitely be wearing a life jacket.

Most spots 2 to 3 feet but others way deeper than you are tall. Get arm floaties lol

Most of the time you won't really be able to reach but there are certain areas that are expansive that you can reach
