So this past weekend a group of 10 of us where there for the day, myself and one other person ended up with a severe sinus infection after being in the river. Had anyone else ever have experienced an issue like that?

Did you hit the rope swings? I'd double check and make sure it isn't PAM. Though if you all were sharing smokeables, it might be Covid
