There are also venomous snakes and spiders...most people don't live scared...if you are, stay home and don't enjoy beautiful Ginnie...or life🤙
Yes there are Gators. And all other wildlife. Enjoy yourself and take it all in. You may never see it again in life.
Alligators don't want anything to do with people. Don't approach and don't annoy and they will just watch you pass by.
More afraid of the drunk driving.
Some people have kids and worry about them. This has nothing to do with being scared as an adult!! If it was just me I’m good! But the safety for my kids matters so slow your roll with the macho comments
Bin going there for over 30 years never seen a gator
Too many people and the water is usually way too cold for them.
There are signs posted at the front gate it's Florida all warning signs are in the for sure and on the signs of the front gate it's Florida of course there's Gators in there and snakes and things that could bite you or mess with you just like the rest of the woods and areas in Florida it's what separates the real people from the vacationers lolol
They actually hire a guy to catch the gators and relocate them so I wouldn't be too worried
People have been floating that river for literally, decades and I've never heard of anyone getting eaten by a Gator. This is Florida, we have amazing nature and wildlife...if those things scare you, the springs are not the place for you.
