You need to call. Because they say they have things and when you get there it is NOT what they told you. If you want a room with a refrigerator or microwave they charge you $10 extra a room if you require a microwave or a refrigerator. There is not a balcony that you can go out onto the doors are sealed shut. My advice would be to find one of the other 50 hotels in the same area that are a lot nicer with good views, accessible balconies, and don't nickel and dime you to death over things that normally come in a room that they're charging you that much money for. they also charge you $10 a day to park in their parking garage for the hotel and there is no street parking so you're going to have to pay it if you're driving your car. They also charge for your breakfast. Good luck to you. Hope you have a stay wherever you go.
I have stayed here many times by myself and have never noticed a couch in the rooms I have stayed in. It does cost more than a Holiday Inn Express - parking cost extra, and breakfast buffet is about $15 extra with a tip.
Preach Kelliy. No pull out couch. Hotel is definitely better suited to the business traveler and not a hotel I would get for the family.
Does all of the rooms have couches?
Not in room i had
I will not recommend this Holiday Inn, read the reviews on Google about them
Roll away beds are a single size bed they roll in and set up. I had a king room and it did not have a pull out couch.
Some do.
The single King room didn't. They may have other rooms with pull out couches. I know you can also get roll away beds.
