The coffee we use is actually a frozen product that we thaw and use in a refrigerated brewer in a liquid form. The name is Douwe Egberts and is owned by Smuckers. There is more to the great flavor that includes our water filtering system. I don't know if it's available to the public or just restaurants. Thanks for your question, Randy
