Do y'all sell knives

As far as pocket or novelty goes the mall does sell them to my knowledge. Kitchen knives sets can be found inside the anchor stores Macy's Dillards and jcpenney.

There are stores in the mall and the shops around La Palmera that DEFINITELY sell knives. I'd try any home goods related place such as Dillard's, TJ Maxx, etc.
