There are several shark tanks. There is also a walk through pictorial section with a ton of good information about various types of sharks. The Caribbean exhibit has the largest shark tank - you can walk around it (my opinion).
There are between 20-30 sharks at the aquarium community.

I didn't count but there are several different kinds. Reef shark, tiger shark, bull shark, just to name the ones I remember
