Yes, but all machines no table games. It is very crowded on the weekends. there is a separate section for smoking so most of the casino is non-smoking. you do leave the United States and enter Indian owned private land. It is their own reservation their own country their own laws and their own police. but if you're not looking for trouble they are very helpful and will accommodate any of your needs. There is no border patrol crossing just a sign saying you are entering the reservation property.
