Dont think anyone is there when they are closed, except during feeding. Best to go during normal hours.
I believe the best time to speak to a supervisor is usually when they are open to the Public during business hours. You can call or go inside during hours of operation. The Supervisor is usually there first thing in the morning. Always best to call first if at all possible. Generally the people who donate their time to assist the animals are there at all hours as the animals need to be fed, walked, and/or observed after say events of life-saving surgeries or dosing medication(s), etc. Good luck and hope everything is okay.
Doors are locked but you can email as well as leave a voice mail for them. They are great at getting back to you.
