No. You cannot feed animals as you drive through. Yes, you are only permitted to look at them as you drive through. At the end you're suppose to be able to feed the giraffes, if you buy the feedings for $5 each, but be careful because it might be at the end of the drive, the giraffe feeding might be closed and you could miss out on that opportunity , depending on the time and day and they won't warn you or tell you.
just look at them you can feed the giraffes at the end though but you have to exit your car at the feeding area
