no, some do and some don't...you pay extra for ocean side rooms with balconies
I don't think it's possible, i had a balcony, but there were interior rooms across the hall from me.

No, we upgraded to an Ocean view Queen which had a balcony and partial view of the beach. It did cost a little more. It depends on how much you WANT a balcony. It was worth it to us to sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning. The A/C unit is noisy but you can turn it off while you sit out there. Worked great for us.
