Do you allow long term? If so , how much do you charge for a 31 ft 30 amp tow behind? Thank you!

I just left and paid $450 a month (was there 4 months)...they charge a deposit, say you don't pay an electric bill unless it goes over $125 a month but kept my deposit to pay the last months electric bill...I never knew of that policy until I wanted my deposit back (kind if sketchy)...also had an outside thing stolen

I don't work at the park. I think it's around $420 a month.
