I am sure they will work with you as best as they can to accommodate your needs. I would recommend contacting them ahead of time to make arrangements. Also for future reference, I would make the reservations for enough time in advance to assure a hassle free event. It can be tricky, especially for smaller venues to alicate additional time for prep without notice. Put yourself in the same position, and ask yourself how you would feel if it were your business.
