Our winter hours now are 8 am to 7 pm. Yes, the freezing temps or days with an extended amount of rain can affect our hours. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I know their hours are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I'm not your their right at 8:00 a.m. so I don't know about that unless it has something to do with the forecast for the day
