Hello Debbie, Yes, there is a height limit for slides and it is set by the manufacturer and the Health Dept. It is all in the interest of the safety of our guests. 42" will get you admission to all of the slides! 40" for the pink slide that goes down from the kids mezzanine! There is the "Cubs Cove" area for the little tiny kids, there is a small slide there and bubblers, etc. They are also ok on the mezzanine, there is a large tip bucket there that spills out 600 gallons of water so you will need to watch to make sure they are not directly under the flow of that. There is no height restriction on the small slides up there.
Considering going this weekend if everything is working and all kids are able to ride slides !
There is a a children's area witches it's down low before the the the slides but I don't remember there being a requirement height that little ones can go down with the someone you know with an adult but there is a small children's area around where the wave pool is
My 4 yr old was able to go on all of it. Some things did require an adult to accompany him though. I don't recall anything posted otherwise though.
