can i drop off guests and not park

Pay at gate before entering. Can drop off guests to Vanderbilt Beach entrance outside the park

there is a gate where u have to pay before entry. i believe there are signs that say ypu must pay to enter the park

I have seen casual pedestrians being picked off for an entrance fee,and if you desire you can buy a turtle for 25 dollars 😁.

Yes there's a turn around just before the gate. They will still have to pay to walk in. Think it's $2 per person. There is also rest rooms at the turn around. Can't miss it
