Is there a convient store on the park where we can buy wood for the fire ring and more ice? or what is the closest store to buy any bare necessities

There is a park store, wood & ice. The nearest town is only 8 or so miles away for food items and beer, wine, etc.

There is a park store. Also within a 8 min drive is a small town that has a great small town grocery store with a meat market and everything. I don't recommend the convenience store outside the gate.

The park does have s store for all your needs. There is slso a store just outside of the park.

Yes you will pass by it to get to the main campground.
