Today is sunday and it says you're close at 4:30 does that mean we have to leave the park at 4:30 or we can leave later you just can't come in after 4:30?

It means that the check in office is closed at 4:30. You can leave later. Park Rangers will still be out & about throughout the Park.

I'm sure you can't enter the park , but if you have annual pass you may be allowed to enter.
