You are able to put your dogs in the water

Yes!

Yes you can let your dogs in the water. It's a a River called the Frio River and runs thru the country. Very clean and clear. COLD spring feed. But nice in the summer. Has shallow areas and deep areas. Also great kayaking and tubing. Short or long runs. Not as cold as the Guadalupe River.
