If you plan on going more than once the yearly pass is $70.00 for the year. As long as you are the cardholder you can enter unlimited times and to all other state parks plus you can get a secondary one $25.00 for another person living in the same address. It's cheaper in the long run. Hope it helps.
Yes 8 bucks for adults you can make your reservation online. I would recommend this especially in busy season. All you do is show your confirmation at the entrance an you will be given the bracelets for each person.
