Little Niagara is pretty easy to get to.
I wouldn't reccomend crutches theres little water covered bridge ways though over looking the water fall which are not big btw you should look into to Turner falls instead very close to chickasaw, they have many different accessible pool areas with water falls not just the big 1 & buses and trolley trains to transport you from 1 side to the other definitely safer and funner for him
Depends on which waterfall? Little niagra he may be able to get to. But the other one is hard to get to on 2 good legs so it may be really hard on him.
