Yes. You pay when you get there. There's a price per person/child and an additional charge for the animal food.
You pay at the gate, and you get your cups of feed as well. Our family had a blast feeding the animals.

Yes, it takes a few minutes to get to the line.. but you will pay the entry fee, and extra for cups of feed. I would definitely buy LOTS of feed, the drive is longer than you think!
