Not only did I pay the $1000 to have them not fix my Jeep but after five return trips they called the cops. In my opinion the owner tried to bully and intimidate me but the police felt I had no proof. The guy has cameras all over the place except his office, never let him lure you into his office. Seemed like that was his plan all along to get me off camera. I’m one person, who knows I may be wrong.
I feel like I was bullied on my ac fix. Assistant manager told me it was fixed yesterday and handed me the keys and said it wouldn’t cost a thing. Then still broke called the manager and manager told me after another four hours. That it would take 4 more hours to fix and cost 648 dollars.how do I get ahold of the owner?
Well my assumption would be that when someones questions glenn things change because thats exactly whats happening not only is he rude and unprofessional but even the owner said he has a few complaints so its not just this one time and its obvious he doesnt care since ive called up there again today to get back in touch with the owner ej because of course he called on a private number shows how he knew he wasnt goin to do anything for me thats y he didnt want me to be able to call him back id just have to call the shop where glenn has picked up and hung up several times now id say thats real professional im totally blown away that this guy still has his job but him and the owner have shown they are very much alike arrogant, unprofessional, dont care about customer satisfaction or the fact that they screw up someones ac and then basically say screw off because it was late and they wanted to go home so they didnt care about me or what they broke on my truck bunch of idiots with tools!
I've never had a problem with Glen. He's listen and tries hard to fix things, make things right , sorry you are having a problem
