We had friends in town who woke up the day before they were planning on heading out with a flat back tire. Their tires were custom and we were scrambling! American Auto drove to Orlando and was able to secure 4 new tires within the same day and fixed their car for them all within a couple of hours. Great service, would highly recommend.

This shop completely messed my forged wheels up mounting a new set of tires. The person running the shop floor said I bought the wrong tires. I literally had to show him that I bought tires for a 16 inch wheel (which is what my truck had). They agreed to mount them and I stopped them once they had the 3rd done because they were damaging them so bad. They denied damaging them and refuse to pay for a wheel repair company to fix it. They were very unprofessional when I asked for their insurance so I can file a claim. They still refuse to fix it and would not write me a receipt showing proof I was there.

Not only did I pay the $1000 to have them not fix my Jeep but after five return trips they called the cops. In my opinion the owner tried to bully and intimidate me but the police felt I had no proof. The guy has cameras all over the place except his office, never let him lure you into his office. Seemed like that was his plan all along to get me off camera. I’m one person, who knows I may be wrong.
