I have no issues with you using gloves or not. And seeing how busy you are a lot of your customers dont seem to have any issues with it

That is NOT board of health rules. Board of health requires glove protection for all RTE (ready to eat) foods. Unless you enjoy eating raw dough. In that case I’m not sure this is the place for you “Guy”

Kneading dough can be done with non-latex gloves. That's board of health rules its not an option. I was going to try your restaurant however, if your not worried about cross contamination, I know I am...very much so.
Please wear gloves up north, it's really cold right now. Making pizza though, continue doing it the way you are cause its perfect!
I purchased a pie almost a year ago and it was good not like N.Y. but ok, I went last week a purchased a slice and a can of soda $3.50 the slice was horrible nothing like the pizza from before I am thinking it was possibly and old slice I will try them one more time if it's bad then I will just have to continue to drive to Al's pizza in Kissimmee, there pizza very good almost like N.Y.
Worst pizza ever!! Rude and paper thin crust.
